Body Mechanics through Massage  incorporates proven massage techniques such as deep tissue, swedish, neuro-muscular, sports, active isolated stretching,manual lymphatic drainage and pre/post natal. Every massage  is  individuaized. Each treatment includes different modalities so you recieve the best results. We are not "cookie cutter" therapists. therefore, you may not receive the exact same protocol from one treatment to the next. Massage is very effective and can prevent injury as well as keep your body healthy throughout the years. We take great pride in our work and go beyond  to help our clients and students reach their optimal health goals.
